Following his studies of physics at the Technical University of Munich, Dr. Tilo Blasberg earned a PhD at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) with doing research on solid state physics, quantum electronics and nuclear magnetic resonance. He worked in the R & D department of Daimler Benz AG on high-power laser diodes before completing his professional education as a patent attorney in Munich, with an internship abroad at the law office of S. Yamamoto in Osaka (Japan). Dr. Tilo Blasberg represents national medium-sized companies as well as large international companies, who are global players in various areas of engineering (including manufacture of glass and glass product and suppliers in the automotive area). He has extensive experience in dealing with opposition and infringement cases and contracting.

Johannes Schultenkämper has studied Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH) including Telecommunications and Automatic Control Engineering as well as Electrical Machines and Power Systems. During his studies he did an internship at Siemens AG in the laboratories of Medical Technology.
He started to work at Alcatel SEL AG, Stuttgart in the IP department where he dealt with inventions relating to the field of Mobile Communications, such as GSM and UMTS. He changed to ZF-Lenksysteme GmbH, a joint venture between the Automotive companies ZF Friedrichshafen and Bosch AG. Later, Johannes worked with the Internet service provider WEB.DE AG, where he became Head of IPR, before he joined 2K Patentanwälte in 2007.
Benefitting from the years he has worked in the various industries, he has an excellent insight in entrepreneurial processes, particularly in the act on employees’ inventions as well as in building and managing patent portfolios. Johannes primarily covers the fields of Electrical Engineering and Electronics with a copious knowledge of the state of the art technology in Automotive, Mobile Communications and Web Applications.

Ulrich Harbach studied physics in Giessen and Frankfurt am Main. Subsequently, he obtained his doctorate with a focus on high-energy physics and extensions of the standard model of particle physics at the Institute for Theoretical Physics of the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt and the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies.
